Once the right property is in sight, the angels have sung 'BEHOLD' in a harmonized chorus from above, and you're ready to pull the trigger, we'll sit down to go over every dollar amount and term that's right for you in presenting your offer. While price is very important to writing a successful offer, it's absolutely not the only element to consider. We work to make sure we understand the seller's situation and needs as much as possible. This allows us to not only offer a good price for the property, but to write agreeable terms into the offer and increase the liklihood of its acceptance. We encourage our clients to write a personal letter to present with the offer so the seller can get to know who you are and see you as a person or a family rather than some figures on a contract. We also make sure that our offers are presented with the utmost professionalism to the listing agent so they know our buyers are motivated and mean business.
