Prep Your Home
Now that we've decided on where your home falls in the market, it's time to make that baby shine! Prepping your home for sale is one of the most important things you can do to give potential buyers a phenomonal first impression. This can mean you spruce up the little details like fresh paint, mowing the lawn, adding fresh mulch to the garden beds, fixing loose door knobs and deep cleaning the interior of the house. We will also be upfront with you if we feel your home needs more intense prep in order to be market-ready. Examples of larger items might be mold remediation, roof repairs, structural improvements, etc. Keep in mind that these larger items can be addressed during our repair negotiations as well but you may net more money if you take care of these things beforehand and market the property in great condition. These are all things we'll discuss when pricing your property, so not to worry!
