Accept an Offer
Um, this is the fun part, so first and foremost we may require a group cheers, collective high five or an excited leap into the air 80's freeze-frame style. After that's taken care of, we can get back to business. Now that you have an accepted offer on your home, our contract goes through a set of contingencies. These contingencies allow the buyer to "get to know" the home better to make sure the sale is a good fit. The largest contingency by far is the home inspection and subsequent repair negotiations. The buyer has the right to perform a professional home inspection on the property (unless the buyer waives the right to inspect, which is not common) and will most likely request some repairs. Our job is to guide you through this process as seamlessly as possible, always keeping your bottom dollar and best interest in mind.
